Dear all,
The deadline for registering with Ministry of Commerce (MOC), Thailand for TILOG was 15 July. Due to limited response to our last call for registration for TILOG, ESCAP and MOC have decided to set up a special zone for APTFF2014. Exhibitors for APTFF will be accommodated there. Please find attached a REVISED leaflet in this regard. The major difference between TILOG exhibitor and APTFF exhibitor is that no commercial service or product can be exhibited for APTFF exhibitors. Please read the leaflet carefully in this regard. The space is provided free of charge. For booth construction, a fee of THB 7,500 (approx USD 250) will be charged by the service provider. It should be settled directly with the service provider. Please send your application as early as possible since space is limited. The deadline for registration is 15 August. The application form is attached. A tentative design of the booth and APTFF zone is also attached for your information.

Dear all,
Warm greetings from the UN Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP).
As you may have heard, this year, the Asia-Pacific Trade Facilitation Forum 2014 will be held in Bangkok, Thailand on 24-25 September in collaboration with the Asian Development Bank and the Ministry of Commerce, Thailand.
This year too, a Multimedia Exhibition will be organized parallel to the Forum sessions. The exhibition will last for four days up to 27 September.
It will be inside the 10th Thailand International Logistics Fair (TILOG) at the Bangkok International Trade and Exhibition Centre (BITEC). TILOG is a very large exhibition of logistics service providers, information systems
and software, and other relevant agencies including government and education agencies. More than thousand visitors from Asia-Pacific and other beyond are expected to visit the fair.
In addition to exhibiting products and services, exhibitors will get the opportunity to present in a seminar during the exhibition. Standard booths for exhibitors will be available as for the TILOG exhibitors. Booths will
be allotted on a first come first serve basis and registration rules will be similar to TILOG exhibitors. A registration fee will apply like other exhibitors in TILOG. A very few exhibitors from ASEAN may be eligible fee
Let us know if you have any question. We look forward to your early participation.
